Hi

My company agreed to let me change my hours from 9-5.30 to 8-4.30 2 years ago to accommodate me being home when my daughter got in from high school.  My contract was never changed though.  Now as a colleague is returning to the team from maternity and may want to return on the 8-4.30 hours I think I will be asked to revert back to 9-5.30.  My question is that after 2 years of me doing these hours can they make me go back to the old hours just because the colleague is returning from maternity?
