I am looking for a recommendation for a consultant or trainer to deliver some hard hitting messages to staff around behaviour and language and specifically around some do's and don't as general diversity training has not worked.

If anyone can recommend a contact I would be grateful.

You will be pleased to here that we can help. You are not alone in looking for a direct approach to Diversity Management.

The Diversity Company - an independent professional organisation that whilst sensitive, focuses on identifiable results. It is essential that employees understand that they are there to represent your organisation, and the use of inappropriate behaviour and language is completely unacceptable.

Our approach is one which motivates others to understand the benefits for themselves alongside the business benefits, aswell as ensuring that the management structures are in place to ensure that individuals and groups are held accountable for their behaviour.
 Go to : www.thediversitycompany.co.uk

I can assure you our approach is direct and unsympathetic to excuses for unprofessional practices, whatever service your business provides.

Please feel free to contact me on my personal e-mail below, as our site is currently being re-constructed due to technical difficulties.

I will look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,
I just found your thread today. I don't know if you've already found your consultant.

If not, please take a look at my webpage: www.jasminegartnerassociates.com

I'm a trained organisational anthropologist, and diversity and equality training is my specialisation (I also lead workshops on employee engagement and cultural sensitivity).

Anyway, if you haven't yet found someone and you might be interested, please do contact me.

All the best,
Jasmine Gartner, PhD
