Hi, I wonder whether anyone can give a guide on how you manually (yes, with a calculator, no HR software to do it for me!) work out sickness rate %'s and staff turnover figures. I have all the details to hand, I just need the method now. Any help/advice really appreciated. Thanks, Sue
