We are considering introducing 360 degree feedback as part of our appraisal process, and I was wondering if anyone would be happy to share their experiences of it with me?  I'm interested to hear both the positive and negative sides, if appropriate.  Many thanks.

Hi Joanna,


Our company has developed an Online 360 Assessment tool which is designed to measure Leadership styles and aspects of Emotional Intelligence. It results in a 30 to 40 page comprehensive feedback report for the participants. We also provide telephone and personal feedback if required.
