I was just curiours to know if you can be foreced to work past the hours you are rotered on that day. For example can you refuse to work past 5pm if the rota is 11am-5pm? We do have shifts which are 12 - Till Finnish which obvioursly means that they cant tell when you might finnish but in regards to when you have a specific time down to finnish.
