How do you find a trainer for your business Mike Morrison 23/05/2008 12:04

Hi
With so much change happening within organisations many are looking outside to find a trainer for much of the direct delivery activity. There was a time when training managers would only use people they personally knew or by direct referrals - but according to a number of recent surveys recently more and more HR and Learning and Development Managers are increasingly using the web to find trainers. But this relies on trainers getting seen on the web - something larger organisations can do - but that could mean many purchasers of training are paying more than they need to

What approach do you use? What sites do you use to find trainers?

I have written a simple guide to finding a trainer.
