My company want me to change my working hours but because of childcare committments and the hours that my middle east customers work - this change does not suit me or (I think) the business.  I know they cannot change my contract without my express agreement or they will be in breach, but they have now offered me a compromise agreement and a payment to leave the company.

However, I don't want to leave.  Am I obligated to take the CA?  What happens if I don't?  I can only imagine that they will either force the change on me or make things so awful I leave.

Advice appreciated

Thanks
