Hi I'm reviewing the Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act and trying to get to grips with the new points based system. I'd like to put together a checklist that can be used in our organisation when recruiting to ensure we undertake all the necessary checks regarding prospective employees. Has anyone got one that I could review? I think I'm being blinded by the amount of paperwork on this subject! Thanks
