Hi - I have an employee who works five days and now wants to reduce her hours to four days. How do I recalculate her holiday entitlement. Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Clare The simplest formula is to divide her entitlement by 5 (no of working days in the week) and then multiply by 4 (new no of working days in week) Therefore, if your yearly entitlement is 25 days it would be: 25/5*4=20 Hope this helps
