A colleague was dismissed recently for downloading pornography over a 6 month period. Following an appeal, he has been reinstated. Considering he has lost the trust and respect of his colleagues, is it unlawful to express concern at having to work with him in the future? Is it unlawful to refuse to work with this individual.
