| I'm currenlty reviewing a global process for selection during a restructure. We have used a traditional method of interviewing pools of candidates previously and want to introduce a paperbased system measuring skills, previous performance and capabilties. Does anyone from large pharma or a global organsiation have best practice knowledge of this? | |||
