Hi,


I have been fortunate to have been offered 2 different roles - the first with the NHS trust and the other with the local county council, both in HR Management.


I am finding it impossible to decide which to go for, salary is not my only consideration I am more concerned with opportunity to learn and worklife balance.


Any advice experiences you have had with either (or what you would do!) would be greatly appreciated.
