With the implementation of KIT days I understand that an employer can now also make reasonable contact with an employee on maternity leave.


I am trying to re-write our maternity letters to include a letter which would be sent out during the OML to bring up to speed with company changes etc.


Does anyone have a template they wouldn't mind sharing?
