Hi All.


I am currently recruiting for a number of Learning and Organisational Development Officers to work in Hertfordshire for a Public Sector company. 


There are 8 vacancies in full including full-time, part-time, permanent and fixed term contracts.  My client is looking for candidates that are CIPD/ IPD qualified and have at least two years experience in this area.  Salaries range from £20,000 - £30,000.


I am new to this area of recruitment so was wondering if anyone could recommend any job boards that may be worth advertising on/ any specialist L&OD recruitment agencies.  Also do you think that there are any particular hurdles that I may come across?
