Hi, a bit of a vague question, but the correct answer is vitally important for quite a number of people across the country.

How is a casual workers holiday entitlement worked out, if they are paid a daily rate, and not hourly.  Is there a set limit of days above which they become entitled to paid leave?  If so, what is this limit, and is there a legal document that could be refered to if neccesary?

Many thanks for any assistance offered!
