Hi everybody,


I currently work as an HR Assistant and a large part of my role involves carrying out inductions for new joiners etc, as well as generalist HR duties. I would like to develop my HR career within Learning and Development, I very much enjoy presenting to people, I have very strong skills in communication and would like to develop into a role within training. I would like to study for the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice as well but I cannot afford to self-fund this!


Unfortunately my role wont allow this development, does anybody have any advice about how I can develop into this field, or recommend any good resources to try and network with employers?
