I'm hoping you can help me, My wife is a cleaner on a construction site,she works for a sub-contractor and has been told by her employer that after 6 months she now has to have a CSCS card. She has been told that she has to pay for it herself and will have to go on a 2 day unpaid course to get it. She has also been told that her only other option is to get the sack.
