I am wanting to get into this area of work and will be starting Training Certificate in CIPD in September. However, I do have a little experience in this area but would like to work in training & development while I study to get more experience. Where in Northern Ireland (Belfast/Antrim area preferably) that would help me with this? No one seems to want to take any one on without at least two years experience!
