I am one of a group of employees who have submitted a grievance to our employers as our job has been taken from us and we are being forced to retrain against our will. Although there is a negotiated National Agreement in place there has been no consultation regarding this. We are at first stage grievance however the company expects us to take up the new role within the next 2 weeks. Are they allowed to do this? I cannot find any information and would be grateful if anyone can help.
