Dear All,


I am a Human Resource professional with 7 plus years of experience in the IT sector. With a Post Graduation qualification in HR, I have in depth knowledge and exposure to differenent functions of HR viz: Sourcing, Recruitment, Staffing, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and as a Generalist. I have good written and oral communication and excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office. During my tenure with the companies I have worked, I have interacted with the Senior Management and have been involved in various advisory, negotiating, mentoring and coaching initiatives. 


 


I recently relocated from India and have been trying to get a break in HR for a couple of months. Met up with a couple of agencies and registered with them as well. I have been applying to various jobs posted on the website, however though they are a perfect match I still receive replies that I am not suitable. I also have been reading a lot on the UK employment law and I have good understanding and fair knowledge of the Employment Law of UK, but there seems to be no success.


 


I have been reviewing my resume many a times if there is anything missing; I also have a Tier 1 visa too. Please could you advise or help me in getting a good break in UK. I am not specific to any sector.
