We are going through a period of redundancy and I wanted to ask two questions:- 1 The company that we TUP'd from has two redundnacy options, a straight cash payment based on years of service and a pension option if over 50. Given that most of us left our pensions with the original company should the pension option be available to us? 2 The original company have a dispensation to spread the redundancy payment over 3 tax years. Should this be available to us Any advice would be greatly appreciated |
