Could anyone please advise how much holiday pay I am entitled to.  I started maternity leave 1st November 2007, and returned 4th August 2008 (nine months maternity leave).  I have not had any holidays during this time.  Normally I would get 30 days holiday per year, including public holidays. The year runs January 1st to December 31st, but I could not have taken my holidays before I left.  The holidays I missed out on were 24.12.07-04.01.08 (10 days), 2 days Easter, 1 May day holiday, 15 days summer = 28 days. I thought because I was entitled to 30 days per year you divided the 30 days by the 12 months of the year, multiply by the 9 months I was off.
