We're growing quickly from an England only based company to more much complex business with international offices.  I need to make sure that we're prepared from a people perspective for rapid growth and wondered if anyone could give me the benefit of their own experience in this area. I'm thinking along the lines initially of transferring our culture, values, performance management, internal comms and transferring between international offices.
