Does anybody know of any survey websites where you can build/customise your own staff surveys? We're looking to update our Equal Opps data by getting staff to complete a confidential, anonymous digital survey. Rather than create one ourselves with our IT dept we thought it maybe be best to outsource the survey externally so staff know we don't hold the data on file at work.


Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.
