After surfing for HR jobs, I have decided to go for CPP course.I have looked for the colleges but some of them are very dear.Atlast, I got success in getting one with reasonable cost. Presently, I am working in HR. I am confused, shall I go for CPP or leave everything on experience I am getting? I have less time to decide, if anyone would suggest me with their advice or valuable experience.

Hi Nazia I have been working in HR for over a year now, and decided to apply to do my CPP. I work in Warwickshire, so have managed to get a place on the CPP course at the local college and the course costs were fairly reasonable. I would definitely suggest doing your CPP, as most companies prefer candidates to have the CPP / CIPD as well as HR experience. Where abouts do you live? If you need any more help, please email me. Amy. |

Hi Amy I live in warwickshire as well and am starting a CPP course at Rugby College in about 10 days. I have been working in a recruitment company for about 1.5 years, but would like to get into general HR, which I hope would be easier by completing CPP as there is a lot of competition out there. Which college are your starting CPP at? Kind regards |
