Conciliation service Acas has awarded software firm Northgate HR a five year contract to provide a new HR and payroll system for its 900 employees across the UK.
The ResourceLink software will replace separate HR and payroll systems, and will include training and recruitment modules – functions which had previously relied on complex spreadsheets for employee records.
Northgate HR was chosen ahead of five other short listed suppliers.
Managers and employees across eight locations will have access via the web to update their personal details, log sickness and record holidays.
