Association of Graduate Recruiters appoints JPMorgan Asset Management’s Terence Perrin as chair

The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) has announced the appointment of Terence Perrin as its new chair.

Perrin is head of recruitment and resourcing at JPMorgan Asset Management, and takes over from Alison Hodgson, who has held the post for the past four years.

The association has more than 750 members, including a significant number of public and private sectors businesses, which collectively employ 20% of the graduate market.

Perrin said: “There are many complex issues currently facing the graduate recruitment community. One of my aims is to balance resources so as to continue to increase the AGR’s number of new members, as well as retaining existing ones, in order to ensure a diverse and representative membership body.”

The AGR has also made two new appointments to the board, Anglie Johns, graduate recruitment manager at Waitrose, and Tracy Ross, recruitment marketing manager at Rolls Royce.
