Some employers are putting off potential employees before they have even set foot in the door with bad recruitment processes, such as poor communication and slow responses.
Members of Generation Y are avid communicators, hence the success of chat rooms, messaging, MySpace, etc. They have to be involved to remain interested.
If a potential employer fails to provide good communication and feedback, it is highly likely that they will lose the candidate.
