British business school graduates are leading the way when it comes to finding jobs thanks to work placements, claims the Association of Business Schools.
Chief executive Jonathan Slack, said, "There are criticisms from some employers that university leavers generally lack business awareness and soft skills such as team working, leadership and inter-personal communication.
"We recognised long ago that employers want graduates who are ready from day one to make a significant contribution to their business."
Student placements are a good opportunity to learn soft skills, and such placements can lead to a permanent position once a student has graduated, claims the ABS.
