Cash is still king when it comes to recruitment

A
survey of more than 2,000 workers proves that, when it comes to attracting
talent, money is the magnet it’s always been.

More
than a third (38 per cent) of respondents to the poll – carried out by IT
services company Unisys – said salary was the most important factor when
choosing a job.

Flexible
working topped the at-work wish list, with 69 per cent of staff saying they
wanted more control over working hours.
