Cineworld, one of the UK’s largest cinema operators – has launched a new online recruitment system to improve the way the business manages its high-volume cinema recruitment.
“We receive in excess of 1000 applications per week to work in our cinemas. The administrative burden to sift, screen and manage each application needed to be addressed in a way that promotes and protects our consumer and employer brand”, explains Marie Daniels, Head of Organisational Development and Leadership at Cineworld.
“We also need to ensure recruiting managers within each of our 75 venues are sufficiently supported to make the best and right recruiting decisions.”
