Connaught ex-workers claim to have been underpaid

Former workers at the property and environmental firm, Connaught, have claimed they received just three days of wages, instead of the three weeks worth they are owed, and that their fuel cards have been cancelled, the BBC has reported.

Connaught was put into administration in early September, but is expected to be transferred to the Lovells Partnership, the report added.

KPMG, the appointed administrators, said it had failed to secure funding to pay £220m of debt.
