strategic alliance with TISL, a Customer Enterprise Management (CEM) applications
developer, to offer a comprehensive performance management and e-learning
package. The combined offering comprises TISL’s complete portfolio of
voice/data recording, agent performance analysis, screen capture and contact
centre solutions with Academee’s range of contact centre and customer services

– Video Arts has launched a new portal, which allows businesses to access
courses online from as little as £40 a module. The portal has flexible content
and full tracking and reporting capabilities and can offer users the complete
multimedia experience, including streaming video direct to the desktop. Courses

– Fastpath Online is a new secretarial and call centre agent competency
assessment tool that runs over the internet from ISV, a supplier of assessment
and training software solutions. The product is aimed at recruitment companies
and HR professionals and provides users with full replication of live software,
including keyboard shortcuts to give a more realistic picture of typing skills.
