Fast food giant McDonald’s enlists Beachcroft law firm to provide advice on HR matters

Fast food giant McDonald’s has appointed law firm Beachcroft to provide a full range of employment law advice to its UK HR department.

David Fairhurst, chief people officer at McDonald’s, said: “This reflects our desire to be a progressive and innovative employer.

“We looked for a law firm that shares our passion to develop and deliver forward-looking HR strategies, by being thought provoking and really close to our business.”

McDonald’s currently has more than 1,200 restaurants in the UK, and employs about 67,000 people.
