SEEVIC College has signed a five year contract to use HR, payroll and talent management software provider MidlandHR’s iTrent. Following a comprehensive review of the solutions available, The College, which prepares students for employment and higher education, selected iTrent for its flexibility and functionality in being able to administer HR and payroll to its workforce of approximately 380 employees.
Located in Essex, SEEVIC College provides a rich and rewarding experience to all of its students by offering a wide range of academic and vocational programmes that result in very high rates of progression into work and higher education. To ensure students reach their goals, The College places great importance in the creation of a learning culture by addressing the requirements of its employees. As a result, The College has selected a specific set of modules offered by iTrent, enabling it to optimise employee engagement levels and have a strategic focus on talent management. These include Employee and Manager Self-Service, People Development and Recruitment.
