Students will also study an elective from a range including: marketing and customer management, running a business, project management, enterprise and creativity, HRM, and organisational learning in the public services.
This is a new course, developed in recognition of the need to improve the quality of leadership in the UK. The course attempts to equip students with the complex range of capabilities needed to lead modern organisations.
