Mercer has been appointed by architecture, urbanism and design practice Broadway Malyan to operate as consultants for its employee benefits programme.
The contract includes advice on enhancing the design, communication and operation of its programme both in the UK and overseas.
Broadway Malyan’s benefit programme covers over 700 UK and overseas employees and includes contract-based pension, life assurance, income protection, healthcare, executive counselling and international benefits.
Rena Dunn, director of HR for Broadway Maylan stated:
