Online recruitment specialist, Changeworknow, has been appointed by pubs and restaurant operator Mitchells & Butlers to develop an online recruitment system to support management recruitment across its business.
“The new system, which went live in November 2007, encourages applicants to match their skills and experience to one of the company’s many leading brands and formats,” explains Lesley Nash, founder and managing director of Changeworknow.
“Candidates are supported throughout the entire recruitment process and are offered feedback on their application progress and overall suitability for the role they have selected,” says Nash.
