NorthgateArinso has signed a contract with Pizza Hut, the UK’s leading pizza restaurant and delivery company, to supply hosted payroll and HR services to the business via its ResourceLink Aurora platform. The restaurant company, which has 13,000 employees on a weekly payroll system, and 2,000 employees on a monthly one, plans to use NorthgateArinso’s hosted technology to replace the bureau system it was previously using.
Pizza Hut will also start using a paperless payslip process, using ResourceLink Aurora to put payslips online. Additionally, NorthgateArinso will provide manager self-service, enabling restaurant managers to check employee details online, and manage their own HR administration.
