On the move: Kellie Rixon, Bernard Perry, Colm Coffery

Hotel group De Vere Deluxe has appointed Kellie Rixon as people development director. Rixon will develop a new employee induction process and revamp the recruitment cycle to place an equal emphasis on personality as well as skills. Previously, Rixon was national training manager at retailing group Great Universal Stores.

West Hertfordshire College has appointed Bernard Perry as director of HR. His role will include developing HR services to improve performance. Perry was previously director at people development consultancy Chaltondery.

Cable & Wireless has appointed Colm Coffery as organisational design and change director. Coffery will be responsible for supporting business transformation. He was formerly senior vice-president UK, America, Asia Pacific (HR and internal communications) at IT services company Atos Origin.
