On the move: Stephen Moir, Jackie Haffenden, Ade Onagoruwa

Cambridgeshire County Council has appointed a new HR director as part of the restructuring of its senior management team. Stephen Moir has experience of working for local authorities and public bodies, having held senior positions with three police forces and two unitary local authorities – latterly as head of HR at South Tyneside Council. He is expected to start work at the council in July.

Having spent two years working for the Sultan Centre supermarket firm in Kuwait, Jackie Haffenden has been appointed head of HR for the organisation. The company has businesses in Oman and Jordan and is expanding to other counties in the region this year.

Ade Onagoruwa has been appointed training and development manager for property management company Broadgate Estates. In his new role, he will be responsible for the implementation of a culture change programme.
