Now the site has announced a further FREE service designed to benefit both the recruiter and the candidate.
From January 2009 candidates using the site will be offered a FREE candidate CV distribution tool allowing them to upload their CV without cost and have it in front of up to 20 recruiters. This additional feature also provides recruiters with a great tool to source candidates with no effort and opens the door to place candidates who come to them via the site.
Since its launch PeopleCompare.co.uk has invested considerable resources to establish the brand in the UK. This has included a recently completed TV advertising campaign resulting in a 165% increase of traffic and attracting a number of major household name clients to the site. There has also been a sharp increase in the number of recruiters and candidates using the site and further marketing and expansion is now planned over the next 6 months.
