Entrants will be given credit for showing how they gather data on some of the most elusive measures, including people capability, engagement and commitment, talent management, HR function effectiveness, leadership, and innovation. The judge will be looking at how entrants use measurement to improve organisational effectiveness, gain competitive advantage, and develop strategy.
