Pizza Hut to create 3,500 new jobs

Fast-food
chain Pizza Hut has announced that it will create 3,500 new jobs as part of
expansion plans across the UK.

The
pizza restaurant group will be recruiting full and part-time staff for around
75 new outlets to be opened by the end of the year.

The
key recruitment areas will be Scotland, the North East, the Midlands and the
South West, with the company looking for all levels of staff.

The
plans follow a record year for the firm in 2002, which saw 62 new restaurant
openings and 3,000 new jobs created.
