Recruitment advertising set to take centre stage at ceremony

HR
professionals and their agencies are being encouraged to enter their best work
in this year’s Recruitment Advertising Awards (RADS), organised by Personnel
Today’s publisher Reed Business Information.

The
awards recognise excellence in recruitment advertising and celebrate the
creative collaboration between employers and their agencies. There are 17
categories in this year’s line up, with several new ones including Best
Employer Website and Best Online Marketing Campaign.

Rob
Smith, managing director of Riley HR Gardens and chairman of the RADS judging
panel, is expecting to see a lot of 
innovation in the entries, despite the downturn.

The
four sponsors for this year’s RADS are: 
Capital One, T-Mobile, Virgin Atlantic and Totaljobs.com. Closing date
for entries is 15 November and readers can apply online to the RADS website
this week. Winners will be announced at the RADS gala dinner on 16 January at
Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
