Restructuring is the issue that most HR practitioners are preoccupied with,
according to an IRS survey.
The HR Prospects survey of 519 HR practitioners shows that restructuring was
the single most challenging issue of the past year for HR, and is set to be the
most challenging issue for the next 12 months as well.
HR priorities in all the organisations surveyed were strongly influenced by
organisational funding and business needs. Public sector organisations were
also significantly influenced by government funding and new employment
