Royal Opera House launches multi-media recruitment campaign

The Royal Opera House has launched a multi-media advertising campaign to recruit backstage and customer service staff.

The campaign is using print, poster and viral elements, and includes six clips posted on video-sharing website YouTube starring a different Royal Opera House employee in their own special ‘performance’.

Steven Foulston, HR manager at the ROH, said “We hope to challenge assumptions about the opera house and about the opportunities available.”
