Sex chain in court over JobCentre ban

Ann
Summers, the sex toys and lingerie chain, is in the High Court today fighting a
ban which stops the company advertising for staff in JobCentres.

Chief
executive Jacqueline Gold said the company is a reputable retailer, not a
smutty sex shop.

The
Evening Standard reports that Gold recently said: "You can buy vibrators
in Selfridges and they are allowed to advertise in JobCentres. The whole thing
is a farce."
