Stressed workers say they do the work of two people

More
than half of British staff now suffer from stress at work, according to a new
survey.

53
per cent of the 7,500 British workers claimed to be stressed at work because of
time pressures.

Most employees
feel they are being chronically over-worked. 30 per cent claim they do the work
of two people and 26 per cent say they do the work of one and a half people.

The
survey, which was conducted by time management firm Time/System, finds that
three quarters of those who responded find it difficult to balance work and
home life, and 68 per cent want more time to spend with family.
