Wright Solutions, the Midlands leading training and HR recruitment specialists, are to deliver a ground-breaking workshop at an AGM of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Entitled ‘Creating an Innovative Working Environment’, the workshop will analyse the crucial role that Human Resources can play in enabling organisations to adopt dynamic people strategies.
The event will take place on the evening of the 22nd May at the Birmingham Offices of the Institute of Directors.
Facilitating will be Paul Wright, Managing Director of Wright Solutions and Doug Miller, an associate of Wright Solutions and renowned motivational trainer, writer and positive thinking expert.
The workshop will encompass a number of strategic areas to help companies implement the cultures required to support future success:
· The ’13 dimensions of innovation’ that have resulted from research undertaken over the last 25 years by the Innovation Centre Europe
· The role HR can play in helping organisations improve in the areas in which they may be weaker
· The actions that HR can take in order to enable organisations to improve
Paul Wright explained:
“competition in most market sectors is now fiercer than ever. In order to be successful in the future therefore, organisations need to address their current working cultures and practices. The workshop will demonstrate how innovative approaches can be adopted to provide the working environments that will enable organisations to compete more effectively. As a Birmingham based company, we are delighted to be given the opportunity to deliver the workshop at the AGM of the CIPD’s Birmingham branch, and look forward to working with its members”.
